Product & Sizing

4. How do I find the right size for me?

We have a detailed size guide available on each product page. Please refer to this guide to find your ideal fit. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit or down for a snugger feel.

5. What materials are used in InaraWear products?

We use high-quality, moisture-wicking, and breathable fabrics in all of our products. Our materials are specifically chosen to ensure maximum comfort, durability, and performance during any type of physical activity.

Ordering & Payment

Placing an order is simple! Browse through our collections, select the items you want, choose your size and color, and click “Add to Cart.” Once you’re ready to check out, follow the steps to complete your order. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is processed.

9. Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

Once an order is placed, it begins processing immediately. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will do our best to assist you. After this time, we may not be able to modify your order.

11. How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your order is processed, domestic shipping typically takes between 4-8 business days, while international shipping can take 11-18 business days, depending on the destination. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped so you can monitor its progress.


Returns & Exchanges

13. What is your return policy?

We want you to be fully satisfied with your InaraWear purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item(s), we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

14. How do I return or exchange an item?

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support at [customer support email] or visit our Returns & Exchanges page. We will guide you through the process, and once the item is returned and inspected, we will issue a refund or send a replacement.

15. Who pays for return shipping?

For domestic returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label. For international returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was defective or incorrect.
